Copy and Paste

In Collaboration with Love Bomb by Marc Quinn at contemporary sculpture park Jupiter Artland.

Copy and Paste explores the ways in which we view desire and how we experience it as part of ourselves outside ourselves, expanding throughout vast landscapes, seemingly putrid, bright, and vibrant.

"I cut and pasted my self together -itching to erupt, not into fractals, but back into one.

To be full, to fill an endless space, seeking a perfect satisfaction!

We sick up reiterations of self. Our presences fill an absence which was never really empty.

We want to feel the sap pour thick down our fleshy thighs but it is stuck in low resolution, mid-drip.

We mimic a stiffness that seemed a better place to dwell than the moist caverns of frustration.

We seduce you - not unreal enough to let you look away, we become everywhere at once."
